Rest and Sound
This restorative wellness gathering invited participants to slow down and reconnect through float therapy, guided meditation, sound healing, and Reiki. Hosted in partnership with True REST Float Spa, the experience offered a calming space to step away from constant stimulation and support deep relaxation.
Through stillness, sound, and energy healing, guests experienced stress relief, nervous system regulation, and renewed inner balance. More than an event, it was a meaningful pause for restoration.
